Album Of The Day (February 1st-5th)

Each week day (holidays excluded), I post an album to my Twitter feed. There is usually some sort of vague theme to the chosen titles, although not always. The only requirement for selections is that they have to be at least 10 years old.

I've decided to change the format of these articles going forward. The amount of work that I ended up taking on, rounding up the album selections, finding the various artist websites and getting the album artwork in the standardized format I wanted quickly became too much.

The intent behind this series is a quick recommendation, so I could focus on writing reviews and other content when I felt motivated. As such, this series will now just be a short list of the albums I've posted on Twitter, with the listening / purchasing link.

I really enjoyed the Two Steps From Hell album, which I only discovered after someone in YouTube comments noted that La Coka Nostra heavily sampled (i.e. basically stole) one of their songs for the title track of their Masters Of The Dark Arts record. This week, I needed a bit of a change-up from all the metal I've been listening to.
