While it still managed to end on time, it sure didn’t look like that would be the case. In fact, it would not have been without Justin Gaethje’s prompt destruction of Edson Barboza in the first round.
UFC On ESPN 2 marks yet another UFC event where the majority of the fight card was either yawn-worthy or unremarkable — even if only to say “this wasn’t good” — and was once again redeemed by some main card violence.
